IPL 2019 schedule for first two-week announced, CSK will face Bangalore in opening match

The IPL schedule for first 2 weeks has been announced. The first match of the 12th edition of the mega event will be played between defending champions Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore on March 23, this match will be played in Chepauk Stadium, Chennai at 7:30 PM.

However, A total of 17 matches will be played in the first two weeks and the next part of the schedule will be announced after the dates of election.

Meanwhile, 8 grounds have been confirmed for the first two weeks of the tournament, which includes Rajiv Gandhi Stadium in Hyderabad, Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium in Delhi, Wankhede in Mumbai, Eden Gardens of Kolkata, Mohali Cricket Ground of Punjab, Chinnaswamy of Bangalore, Chennai's MA Chidambaram and Jaipur Stadium in Rajasthan.

However, apart from this, some matches can be played Raipur, Chhattisgarh, Kanpur, Dharamshala, but all this venue will be confirmed later after the announcement of the election date.
