| West Indies beat Afghanistan by 9 wickets |
Afghanistan's second innings ended on 120 runs. Rahkeem Cornwall of the West Indies took 10 wickets in the match and was adjudged Man of the Match.
On the third day, Afghanistan started to play at the score 109/9, adding eleven runs to the total score. In this way, their second innings was reduced to 120 runs and gave just 31 runs target to the Windies team. Jason Holder, Cornwall and Roston Chase took 3 wickets each in the second innings.
Chasing the target, the West Indies lost the wicket of Craig Brathwaite (8). John Campbell 19* and Shai Hope 6* helped the team crossed the line and won the match by 9 wickets.
Earlier, Afghanistan was dismissed for 187 runs in the first innings. In response, the West Indies team scored 277 runs. Sharmarh Brooks scored a brilliant century in the first innings for the West Indies. While Cornwall picked up 7 wickets in the first innings and three wickets in the second innings.
