NZ vs ENG: New Zealand and England have announced their Playing XI for 1st Test

The first Test match between New Zealand and England will be played from November 21 at Mount Maunganui. For this match, both teams have announced their playing XI.

Lockie Ferguson has not found a place in the New Zealand team and will have to wait longer to make his Test debut. At the same time, Dom Sibley will make his debut in the England team.


New Zealand has given place to all the major players in their team. Players like Tim Southee, Neil Wagner and Trent Boult are part of the team. Players like Joe Denly, Joffra Archer and Stuart Broad are part of the England team. Ollie Pope has also got a place in the playing eleven, he last played against India in 2018.

Earlier, England won the 5-match T20 series by 3–2. At the same time, the two-match Test series will be played between the two countries under the world test championship.
