RR vs KXIP: Gayle creates history, smashes 79 runs, left Warner and Kohli behind

In the 4th match of Vivo IPL 2019 which is being played in Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur on Monday. In this match, Rajasthan Royals Skipper Ajinkya Rahane won the toss and invited the visiting team Kings XI Punjab to bat first.

Batting first, Chris Gayle and KL Rahul opened the innings for Kings XI Punjab and in the fourth ball of the first over Dhawal Kulkarni dismissed KL Rahul for 4 runs but the universal boss Chris Gayle created history and scored 79 runs off 47 balls.

Before this match, Chris Gayle just needed 6 runs to complete 4000 runs in Indian Premier League after scoring 6 runs Chris Gayle as became the second overseas player and 9th overall to complete 4000 runs.

Apart from this, Gayle has created a big record and left David Warner and Virat Kohli behind. In fact, Chris Gayle has become the fastest to score 4000 runs in the history of IPL. Chris Gayle completed this milestone in 112 innings, while Warner took 114 Innings and Virat 128 innings.
