IND vs AUS: India made 5 crucial mistakes in 4th ODI, if not India would have won the series 3-1

In the fourth ODI match of the 5-match ODI series, which was played between India and Australia in Mohali. Batting first, India posted a huge total of 358/9 in 50 overs. In reply, Australia chased down the target with some early hiccups, 359/6 in 47.5 overs and levelled the series 2-2.

For Australia, Peter Handscomb scored 117 runs off 105 balls and Usman Khawaja (91) scored his back to back half-centuries and missed his century by just 9 runs.
Aston Turner was adjudged 'Man of the Match', for his match-changing knock of 84 off 43 balls. So today, we will see the 5 crucial mistakes which India made, if not India could have won the series 3-1.

1. Big Partnership after 2 early wickets:

The Indian team had a dream start with the ball, Bhuvi and Bumrah picked two early wickets for just 12 runs, but later Khawaja and Handscomb added 192 runs for 3rd wickets which took the game totally away from India.

2. Too many Dropped catches and Stumping missed:

The Indian team came into a lot of pressure after the massive 3rd partnership of 192, after this Indian fielder dropped 3 catches, Pant missed the stumping of Turner for 38 and later Kedar Jadhav and Dhawan also dropped the catch of Turner.

3. Turner turned the game:

Playing in the place of injured Marcus Stoinis, Aston Turner came out of syllabus for the Indian team. He smashed 84 off just 43 runs with the help of 6 fours and 5 sixes with a strike rate of 195.35.

4. Spin twin Kuldeep and Chahal were expensive:

Everyone knew that the Indian spin twin Kuldeep and Chahal are top spinners in the world, but unfortunately Australian batsmen came hard. Kuldeep picked 1 wicket for 64 runs and Chahal gave 80 runs with one wicket.

5. Bhuvi and Bumrah went for plenty in last 10 overs.

Knows as death overs specialist, Both Bumrah and Bhuvi was beaten all over the park in the last 10 overs and gave too many loss balls to Turner, at the end Australia managed to chase the huge target with 13 balls to spare.
