IND vs NZ: India might go with this team for the 1st T20 in Auckland, See the Probable XI

India's tour of New Zealand will begin on 24th January. This tour will start with the 5-match T20 series and the first match between the two teams will be played in Eden Park in Auckland on Friday at 12:20 PM IST.

Recently, the Indian team has replaced Sanju Samson in place of Shikhar Dhawan for the T20 series. This means the young players will be tested once again in the absence of Shikhar Dhawan and Hardik Pandya.

In the absence of regular opener Shikhar Dhawan, Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul will open the innings. Captain Kohli will bat number three and Shreyas Iyer who was in good touch in the 3rd ODI will bat at number 4.

In bowling, India can go with the same combination which they had played against Australia. In such a situation, Kuldeep Yadav might be their first spinner. While, Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Shami and Navdeep Saini can take the responsibility of the pace attack.

Virat Kohli went into ODIs with a combination of 6 batsmen and 5 bowlers. But in the T20 he might go with 5 batsmen, 2 all-rounders, and 4 bowlers. We have earlier seen that India has included Shivam Dube and Washington Sundar in the playing XI.
