IPL 2019: MS Dhoni's emotional statement about CSK after the last home match

Captian of Chennai Super Kings franchise, Mahendra Singh Dhoni gave an emotional statement to about the team after the match against Delhi Capitals on Wednesday night. During the interview, Dhoni talked about the Chennai Super Kings and the fans of the teams.

It's worth mentioning that, This was the last match of Chennai Super Kings this season at their home ground. After the match, Dhoni said that the kind of nickname given to me by the people here is very special for me.

The entire Tamil Nadu has adopted me as their son and they do not call me with my real name but rather call me as 'Thala'. It is a matter of great honour for me and the people have always supported me.

Dhoni talks about his stumping:

Dhoni also disclosed about his stumping and said that for this you have to pay attention to your basic. Dhoni said you need to pay attention to your basic and If your basic is correct then these things will happen automatically.

In this match, Chennai Super Kings defeated Delhi Capitals by 80 runs in the 50th match of the IPL 2019 and took the first position in the points table.

Earlier, batting first, Chennai Super Kings made 179 for four wickets in 20 overs, in response to which Delhi Capitals were all out by making 99 runs. MS Dhoni was adjudged Man of the Match for his smoky shift and spectacular wicketkeeping.
