Usman Khawaja creates history in 5th ODI, left AB de Villiers behind, Breaks 3 big records together

In the fifth and final ODI which is being played between India and Australia in Feroz Shah Kotla, Delhi. Australian opener Usman Khawaja scored his second century of ODI career. Khawaja completed his century off 102 balls and with his knock, the Kangaroo team scored 272 runs against India.

However, Khawaja could not take his innings further and he was caught out for 100 off 106 balls. In his innings, Khawaja scored ten boundaries and two superb sixes. At the end of his superb innings, Khawaja breaks many records including AB de Villiers, and also equalled Chris Gayle.

Usman Khawaja joins Gayle in the case of openers to score four or more fifty-plus scores against India in a bilateral ODI series:

2. Usman Khawaja left AB de Villiers behind:

No player has now scored more runs in a five-match bilateral ODI series against India in India than Usman Khawaja. Khawaja has now gone past AB de Villiers' record of scoring 358 runs which he scored in 2015.
