IND vs AUS: India's strongest Probable playing XI for the 1st ODI

After losing the T20 series by 2-0, the Indian team players will be looking to make a comeback in the ODI series. It will be India's last ODI series before the World Cup, but with this series, Team India will be looking to strengthen its team for the World Cup.

Team India will play a series of 5 ODIs against Australia. The first match of series will be played at Hyderabad's Rajiv Gandhi Stadium on 2nd March, Saturday. So today we will take a look at India's strongest probable playing XI first ODI of the series.

Indian Openers and Middle orders:

The performance of Indian openers, Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan has been commendable in recent times, however, Rohit Sharma was dropped in the 2nd T20 but he can join the team along with Shikhar Dhawan. If we take about Middle order, Indian captain Virat Kohli will return to the team after being rested. Along with Kohli, Rayadu and Dhoni can take responsibility of the middle order in the first ODI.

All-rounders for First ODI:

Kedar Jadhav and Vijay Shankar can be included as all-rounders in the team. Vijay Shankar could get an opportunity to replace Hardik Pandya, who is out of the team due to injury. While Ravindra Jadeja can also be included in the Playing XI to strengthen the lower order batting along with his tight bowling.

Indian Bowlers for First ODI:

Bhuvneshwar Kumar has been rested for the first two ODIs against Australia. In such a case, Mohammed Shami and Jasprit Bumrah will lead the bowling attack. Both Shami and Bumrah have troubled the Australian batsmen in the recently concluded limited overs series.

While Left-handed Chinaman Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal can prove to be the key players in the first ODI against Australia.
