PAK vs RSA: Know why ICC suspended Captain Sarfaraz for 4 matches before 4th ODI

Pakistan Cricket Team captain Sarfaraz Ahmed has suspended and handed 4 matches suspension by ICC. The ICC has announced its decision right before the fourth ODI between Pakistan and South Africa played in Johannesburg. The result of this decision is that Sarfaraz is out of the fourth ODI and Shoaib Malik as taken the charge of the team.

Racial remarks in Durban ODI by Sarfaraz:

Including this match, Sarfraz Ahmed will have to stay out of the 5th ODI of the series and then the first two matches of the T20 series.
Let us tell you that during the second ODI of the series in Durban, Pakistan captain Sarfaraz Ahmed had made racial remarks on All-rounder Phehlukwayo. Sarfaraz remark was recorded in the stump mike, after which the matter got heated up.

However, seeing the matter was getting worse, the Pakistani captain Sarfaraz excepted his mistake and apologized for his behaviour. Even the South African team has forgiven him for this, but ICC did give punishment.

ICC said - punishment will be given for any misbehaviour:

ICC found that the behaviour of the captain of Pakistan is against the rules. According to ICC CEO Dave Richardson, "ICC will not tolerate such objections in any case for any cricketer. Sarfaraz has accepted his mistake and accepted it on the public platform. So, we have taken our decision keeping them in mind."
