New Zealand has announced the team for the first 3 ODIs of the 5-match one-day series against India which is starting from January 23. The Kiwi team under the leadership of Kane Williamson looks very strong and the balance of the team in all the department looks great.
The responsibility of batting in the team will be on the most experienced Ross Taylor and Martin Guptill, who are in the best form in addition to Kane Williamson. Apart from this, Colin Munro, Henry Nicholls are in good touch.
These 3 players will make a comeback against India:
Tom Latham and Colin de Grandhome, who had been out of the ODI series against Sri Lanka, have returned to the team, while Mitchell Santner has also included in the ODI team after 10 months.
While, James Neesham and Todd Astle have not got a place in the team because of injuries, although they can return to the team in the last two ODIs.
Veteran fast bowler Tim Southee and Trent Bolt will lead the face to attack along with Lokie Ferguson and Matt Henry. Mitchell Santner and Ish Sodhi will strengthen the bowling in spin department for New Zealand.
